Are you passionate about customer service and helping patients prioritize their oral health? We are looking for bilingual Dental Hygiene Appointment Specialist to join our growing team! The primary goal of this role is to reconnect with existing dental patients, educate them on the importance of routine preventive care, overcome common objections, and successfully schedule appointments.

Preferred Background

A background in the dental field is a strong advantage. We encourage applicants who have experience as:

  • Dental Assistant/Hygienist/Receptionist

  • Dental or Pre-Dental Student

  • Any professional with a solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and patient care

We also value experience in other medical appointment settings. You would be a good fit for this role if you have experiencing in scheduling such as:

  • Medical appointments

  • Psychological appointments

  • Other appointment setting

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing dental patients to schedule routine hygiene and preventive care appointments.

  • Educate patients on the importance of regular dental visits and preventive treatment.

  • Address patient questions and overcome common scheduling objections with professionalism and empathy.

  • Coordinate and manage dental appointments efficiently.

  • Handle outbound phone calls, emails, and patient communications.

  • Update and maintain accurate appointment schedules.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.


Requisitos

  • Previous experience in customer service, patient scheduling, appointment setting, or administrative support.

  • Experience in a call center or healthcare environment is preferred.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with dental, medical, or insurance terminology is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach.

Location

 Excellent attendance and punctuality is a MUST.  The position is full time in office in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Please only apply to this position if you can regularly make the commute without issues. 


Beneficios

  • Salary: $ 900/month 

  • Retention bonuses offered at 6 months ($250) and 1 year ($400).

  • Monday- Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (Multiple shifts available). Only work 5 days a week!
