About the Roles
- Customer Service Representative
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive exceptional support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle any customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to customers, and follow up to resolve any issues that impact the customers’ experience
- Sales Representative
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, maintaining target metrics, and fostering lasting relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and clearly conveying key benefits, and manage high volumes of inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Build and nurture sustainable relationships with customers, going the extra mile to enhance their overall experience
- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
Requisitos
- Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
- Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced-Level English language skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- Over one year of proven sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
