We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive exceptional support. Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Handle any customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to customers, and follow up to resolve any issues that impact the customers’ experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Record and maintain customer interaction information in our database
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide proactive and friendly customer support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback with the team

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
  • Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using Customer Support software and tools is a plus
  • Advanced-Level English language skills
