Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements
for interior design.
- Develop interior design concepts that align with the style and standards of our projects.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that enhance the overall
aesthetic and functionality of the space.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the
design plan.
- Conduct site visits to assess space, take measurements, and oversee the installation
process.
- Maintain awareness of current design trends, materials, and technologies to
continuously improve and innovate.

Requisitos

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interior designing, decorating, preferably with highend
real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Experience with renders and blueprints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Conversatonal English (intermediate level).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between project sites.
- Portfolio presentation
- Nationality indifferent, but with a Panamanian valid working permit.

Competencies:
- Good stage presence.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor design style and approach to match the requirements and
expectations of high-end clientele.
- Proficiency in creating floor plans and realistic renderings to visualize design concepts
effectively.
