Job Goal:

- Inspire students to love learning and instill a strong foundation of academic skills,character development, and communication skills, equipping them with the tools they need for academic success and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

-Implement a structured English, Math and Science Program. For all of them you'll have to understand the backward design process to be able to develop effective instructional strategies that will make the learning process an interactive, exciting and meaningful experience.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.

- Implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

- Differentiate instruction to accommodate students' varying levels of English proficiency, learning styles, and academic backgrounds.

- Implement behavior management strategies to address discipline challenges and promote a respectful and focused learning environment.

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote learning.

- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress.

- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the educational experience for all students.

- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English education.

Requisitos

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Teaching certification and/or relevant teaching experience.

- Demonstrated experience working with English language learners in a diverse classroom setting.

- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and best practices in English language instruction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, flexibility, and resilience in addressing the unique challenges of teaching English language learners.

- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
