Requisitos

The Snr HR Data Management Assistant will support the Human Resources Unit in data reporting for the region to inform the decision making process. S/he will compile, and aggregate information elements required to produce standardized information and analyze data using the various dashboards. She will support the Unit in the analysis of processed data and information and perform data quality and consistency control.

To this end, s/he should demonstrate :

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as experience with handling confidential data

•Experience in web design and software development is an asset. Experience with relevant software such as ArcGIS, Mapinfo, SPSS, EpiInfo6, SQL Server, and/or proGres. Experience with HTML, PHP, ASP and/or Java is an asset;

•Ability to build reports and dashboards with using the organization reporting tools ( COMPASS, Workday, Results Data Portal).

•Certificate in Information technology, Statistics, Data management are desired;

•Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

•Strong communication and presentation skills - must be able to communicate and present data findings and trends.

•Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Knowledge of English is required for this position. Level B2
