Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at the branch counter.
- Complete the car rental process, including contract preparation, vehicle inspection, and explanation of terms and conditions.
- Advise customers on different available vehicle models and their features.
- Manage reservations and follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory rental experience.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability and cleanliness.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- English proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
