Job Objective:

Execute daily and monthly financial reconciliation processes related to electronic payment methods (payment gateways, wallets, cards, ACH, etc.) and bank accounts associated with ecommerce operations. Ensure the integrity and traceability of funds by identifying and resolving discrepancies within large transaction volumes. Targeted at profiles with solid experience in high-transaction environments and the ability to assume technical leadership.

Academic Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Requisitos

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in bank reconciliation and/or ecommerce payment gateway reconciliation (mandatory).

• Knowledge of bank reporting structures, settlement files, chargebacks, fees, and withholdings.

• Handling of high daily transaction volumes.

Technical Knowledge

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).

• Intermediate SQL (preferred, for data traceability).

• Basic knowledge of payment integration APIs and flat files (CSV, JSON).

• Understanding of three-way reconciliation flows: internal system – payment provider – bank.

• Structured thinking with a focus on resolving discrepancies.

• Professional ethics and confidentiality with financial data.

• Strong communication skills to interact with banks, gateways, accounting, and risk teams.
